Gemma is a qualified Personal Trainer, who started out with a passion for helping people feel stronger and healthier. But it was becoming a mum that truly shaped her path. Balancing family life with a husband who worked, and later fostering young children, she experienced first-hand the challenge of finding time and energy for fitness.

In those years, exercise often slipped down the list of priorities. The exhaustion was real, and the pressure to “do it all” made traditional fitness routines feel unrealistic. Gemma realised that what most people need isn’t a hardcore program or strict rules, but support in making small, sustainable changes that actually work in everyday life.

This inspired her to specialise in ante and post-natal exercise, where she could combine her professional knowledge with her personal experience of motherhood. For the past four years, she has focused on helping women rebuild their strength, confidence, and energy in a way that feels achievable, not overwhelming.

Today, Gemma’s coaching is built on one simple belief: fitness should enhance your life, not take it over. She helps women create long-lasting habits that fit seamlessly into their routines, proving that progress is possible at any stage.
